This data is used to make the use of our online services more efficient. Credit card information is also used to provide customers with online receipts.

How does Globe Limousines use my personal data?
Globe Limousines uses the personal data in our customer profiles, including histories of past rides, to make the reservation process as efficient as possible. Rather than ask our customers to repeat this information every time they call, we have it at our fingertips ready for use.

The most important, and sometimes most sensitive, personal data that is stored in our systems are addresses, ride dates and times, and credit card information. This data is required by Globe Limousines to deliver the rides customers book and to bill them.

Globe Limousines will occasionally use past ride data in the aggregate to analyze average trip lengths and other information so that we can optimize our business processes. Globe Limousines never uses a specific customer's information for such purposes.

Does Globe Limousines share my personal data with anyone?
Globe Limousines shares customer information with our Globe Limousines affiliates and other vendors or service providers if the reservation will be performed by them. However, in such cases, only the information required to complete the ride is shared. Credit card information is not shared. Globe Limousines may provide personal data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law.

Is my personal data safe in the Globe Limousines Online Services?
Globe Limousines uses the industry standard encryption technology, SSL, to ensure that the data passed between our customers' browsers and our Web site is safe and secure. All data is stored in databases that can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

How do I change my personal data?
Our customers may update their Internet profile information at any time on our Secure Login page. Our central reservation system profiles can be changed by calling a customer service representative at 888-456-2390.
